Our guest speaker Ed Daniel, will present on the topic of "Quish-me quick", about the rise of quishing, leveraging lookalike domains and cloned websites used to steal credentials and drop malware.

Ed Daniel- Speaker Bio:

Ed Daniel is a seasoned cybersecurity and network automation expert with over two decades of experience in the IT industry. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Engineer at Infoblox, Ed specialises in high-performance, secure infrastructure solutions for complex environments, including enterprise global networks and high-density venues such as stadiums.Prior to joining Infoblox, Ed held senior technical roles at EfficientIP, NSFOCUS, and P1 Security, where he led solution architecture, technical evangelism, and partner engagement across Northern Europe and globally. His career spans hands-on consulting, product development, and community leadership, including guest lecturing at Université Paris 13 Sorbonne on open-source security toolchains and contributing to the launch of pioneering telecom vulnerability assessment platforms.

Ed is a recognised advocate of Agile, DevOps, and NetOps practices, with deep expertise in DDI, SIEM, threat intelligence, and secure network design. He has spoken at major industry events including InfoSec Europe, CloudSec Expo, and e-Crime Paris, and remains an active member of communities such as OWASP, DC4420, 2600 and Security BSides London.
