At Xeinadin, we’re proud to be hosting a special networking pub quiz evening in support of Weston Park Cancer Charity’s See It. Treat It. campaign. This event is more than just a quiz—it’s a chance to bring our team, clients, friends, and wider community together to support something truly life-changing.

We’ll kick off the night with relaxed networking, a few speeches and mingling, followed by a fun and challenging quiz, delicious food, and of course, the bar will be open!

Why we’re fundraising

We are raising funds for a state-of-the-art MRI simulator that will revolutionise cancer treatment at Weston Park Hospital. This advanced equipment will allow specialists to plan radiotherapy with far greater accuracy—leading to more targeted treatment, fewer side effects, and better quality of life for patients across South Yorkshire.

Currently, Weston Park does not have access to this technology. By helping to fund this machine, we’re not only enhancing patient care but also attracting world-class clinical staff and researchers to Sheffield, helping Weston Park remain a leader in cancer treatment and research. This appeal will directly benefit thousands of people facing cancer—people in our region, our workplaces, and our families. The See It. Treat It. campaign is Weston Park’s biggest cancer appeal to date, and it needs our help to bring life-changing, cutting-edge treatment to thousands of patients across our region.

Fundraising for this MRI simulator is a cause that’s incredibly close to all our hearts because cancer has touched so many of us—whether through family, friends, colleagues, or our own personal experiences. It’s a reality that 1 in 2 people will face cancer in their lifetime, and we’ve all seen the emotional and physical toll it can take. Supporting the See It. Treat It. campaign isn’t just about funding a machine—it’s about giving real hope, comfort, and better outcomes to the people we care about. This appeal gives us a chance to come together as a community and make a tangible difference in the lives of those affected.

We’ll be asking for a minimum donation from each attendee for the quiz of £15.

We’re encouraging as many as possible to attend—not only to support this vital cause, but also because this is a fantastic opportunity to connect and network with clients, which is a huge positive for Xeinadin. Once we’ve confirmed numbers from staff and their families, we’ll open the invitation to clients and wider contacts. The more of us there on the night, the bigger the impact we can make—so we really hope you can join us.
