What do I need to wear for the class?

As this is a fitness class, please wear suitable gym clothing and trainers. Guest can get changed prior to the class and after into more comfortable clothing, however we find that most people stay in their gym clothes for the networking event afterwards.

Where is R1SE Located?

R1SE is located in the Hilton Bournemouth, as you enter the main reception of the hotel, R1SE can be found to the right hand side of reception.

Do I need to inform you of any Dietary Requirements?

Yes please make us aware of any dietary or allergen requirements prior to the event.

Where do we meet before the class?

Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the class starting to change, place items in lockers. Everyone will then meet in the main hotel lobby entrance and a member of the team will take us all down to the R1SE Arena.
