About this event

This presentation will take place on Zoom. Joining details for the event (including a direct link to Zoom) will be sent to ticket holders at 8am on Friday 4th June 2021.

If you book a place after this time, please contact us by email (richardiiigloucesterofficer@gmail) for joining details.

The talk itself should be no longer than an hour, followed by questions. Questions for the speaker should be sent via the chat function, using 'Q" at the start of your question to allow the moderator to more easily note these.

Cecily Neville was a scion of the great northern Neville lords, and known as 'the Rose of Raby'. She was the mother of Edward IV and Richard III and gradmother of Henry VIII. The talk will begin with a synopsis of Cecily's life followed by readings from Annie's debut novel 'Cecily', and will discuss aspects of writing the novel.
