Rabbit Class - Parents Evening

We are going to be holding our Parents Evening via Zoom on Thursday 29th April from 4pm-7pm. Please book your 10 minute appointment by clicking on the green 'REGISTER' button, complete the booking form and choose your preferred timeslot.

This will be an opportunity to speak with your child's teacher about how they are doing and discuss any concerns you may have.

We do ask that you stick strictly to the 10 minute slot, and should you need a longer meeting with your child's teacher that you arrange this for a later date.

Once you have booked your appointment time and date, the teacher will email you a Zoom meeting link the day before parents evening. Can we please ask that you only book one timeslot per child, the zoom link that the teacher sends you can be used by both parents in order to access and attend the parents evening meeting. If however, you require a separate appointment, please contact your child's teacher directly.

Please log onto the meeting a couple of minutes before your timeslot, you will be held in the meetings 'waiting room' and the teacher will 'admit you' to the meeting promptly at the time of your appointment. Teachers will need to end the meeting on time, in order to move onto the next child's appointment.

Please note that if you miss your appointment time, you will need to contact the class teacher directly to re-arrange this.

Bookings for this event will close on Wednesday 21st April at 12 noon.
