Join RACC on Thursday 27th October for the fourth of our community cinema screenings, with a very special screening of Slumdog Millionaire, in celebration of the Diwali - the Hindu Festival of Light.  See also our free Indian Cookery taster on Thursday 27 October from 4.30pm - 6.30pm.

Synopsis:

From Academy Award® winning director Danny Boyle, "Slumdog Millionaire" is the inspirational story of a Mumbai teen who reflects on his upbringing in the slums when he is accused of cheating on the Indian Version of "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?". Boyle's tip of the hat to Bollywood is a winner of multiple awards and prizes and based on the novel "Q & A" by Indian author Vikas Swarup.
