This 3-hour session on racial equality in the workplace will take participants on a journey of 8 steps employers can take to improve race equality from communicating the value of diversity for your organisation to examples of successful approaches. It will allow participants to work through interactive exercises to provide the foundations for understanding equality and give an insight of a diverse society. In doing so, participants will be encouraged to work towards good practice and equality to implement the zero tolerance to discrimination environment.
This invitation is transferable. If you are unable to participate, another member of your organisation can attend in your place.
This session is delivered by CRAICNI’s professional training facilitators, including representatives from diverse communities based in Northern Ireland, who have an extensive experience of delivering a range of programmes promoting race equality in the workplace.
