Specifically aimed at riders looking to progress their fitness and skills over the winter season in anticipation of the 2016 racing season, this set of rides will offer structured training sessions, including riding through and off, group riding, all at a steady pace (around 17/18mph average).

These rides will be non-stop, with a debrief session at Red House Farm afterwards by the Foundation's experienced coaches.
