The Spring Project will be offering another free half day's worth of its radical job skills and employability training to graduates on 6th December at the IBM offices on The Southbank in London. The £5 registration fee is a refundable-deposit which will be returned to you after attending the event.
THIS EVENT IS DESIGNED FOR GRADUATES WHO ARE INTERESTED IN A CAREER IN I.T.
Please read ALL the details on this page carefully before registering.
Personal development experts from The Spring Project will provide this free training and employees from JUST IT will provide industry insight and knowledge.
There will be various personal development, self-awareness and insight work-shops throughout the morning focusing on three core areas:
- How to unlock exceptional value for yourself and others.
- How to determine the future you want.
- Identifying what holds you back from achieving your aspirations.
Typically the sessions cover clarity of direction, personal alignment, decision making, listening, awareness, building connection, co-creating with people, attracting and filtering opportunities, performing under pressure.
The design of the programme enables people to reflect more deeply on who they are, their assumptions about how the world works, and the contribution they want to make, creating real transformation in both their perspectives and their prospects.
What does the training consist of?
The sessions go deeply into the domains of values and purpose as a basis for unlocking brilliance. The training is made up of interactive talks, paired and small group exercises, large group dialogue and regular opportunities for personal and group reflection. Participants will also enhance their peer network.
The session will start at 9.30am promptly and will run until 1pm - please be prepared to attend for the whole session.
