Radio Alice Pizzeria Masterclass

Radio Alice in Hoxton Square are hosting a series of masterclasses, revealing the secrets to their take on the humble pizza. Around their open kitchen, Head Chef and co-founder Matteo Aloe will demonstrate how to create their pizza before guests turn their hand to the craft themselves.
With the belief that great pizza starts with a great sourdough base, Matteo will showcase the techniques and ingredients used to perfect a base that’s crispy outside and soft inside – from using wild yeast and ancient, stoneground flour to the slow and steady fermentation process, which takes over 24 hours. Matteo’s students will then have their pick of toppings from the pizzeria’s larder of the very best seasonal ingredients.
Following the masterclass, guests will sit down to a veritable feast of pizza, organic wine and good company to while away a lazy Saturday afternoon.
