On this day at Rainbow Oasis we're taking on a little extra time to focus on carers in our comminity. The caring team from the council will be with us to offer support, guidance and a listening ear for anyone who is caring for a loved one.
It's estimated that there are around 21,000 carers in Wolverhampton- many of whom don't always see themselves as carers. Whether you're supporting a family member, partner, or friend, your role matters and you deserve support too.
This session is a gentle space to find out what's available, connect with others who understand, and take a moment for yourself. Everyone is welcome, and as always, Rainbow Oasis is here to offer warmth, community and care.
Young people are welcome to attend with an responsible adult.
The venue is at street level with an accessible toilet.
Wolverhampton LGBT+ take seriously the safety and comfort of all volunteers and participants. We, as a charity, have the right to cancel tickets and deny attendance if it is found that individuals are disruptive to events or upsetting/offending others by way of language or behaviour.
