WHAT’S INVOLVED?
Run, walk or jog any distance, anywhere, anytime from the 1st until the 30th of June 2025.
Distances accepted: 5k, 10k, 10 miles, half marathon or full marathon. We also accept treadmill activities.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
All participants will receive a beautiful white finisher's medal for their achievement. This medal is made from aluminium and comes with a plain colour ribbon.
HOW DO I SEND MY EVIDENCE?
Once you have completed your challenge, simply go to our website and upload a screenshot of your activity on our secure submission form at https://the-running-bug.com/submit-your-evidence/
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We do accept entries from overseas participants. However, please note that is an extra charge to cover postage costs. In the event that a resident with a non-UK address purchases a standard UK entry, then we reserve the right to refuse the entry and refund in full.
