In this introductory seminar we take you through a fun, challenging, three-hour programme that will kickstart your thinking about how to change yourself and your world. Through a range of interactive activities and talks, we help explore your ideas and goals. Both as a group and in smaller break out sessions, we encourage you to formulate a plan using our unique system.
