Raising Awareness on Menopause Support

Join us for an informative one-hour online session designed to help organisations across RCT understand menopause and how to provide meaningful support to those experiencing its symptoms.

This awareness-raising presentation, led by menopause campaigner Diane Danzebrink from Menopause Support UK, will cover:

• What menopause is and why it happens
• Common symptoms and long-term health considerations
• Management options, including HRT and alternative treatments
• How organisations can better support people accessing their services or groups

The session will also bust common myths, build confidence in talking about menopause, and offer practical ideas to create a more supportive and informed workplace or community environment.

Who should attend:
Any organisations, community groups, or service providers across RCT who want to increase awareness and understanding of menopause to better support those affected.

About the Speaker:
Diane Danzebrink is a leading menopause educator, campaigner and founder of Menopause Support UK, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to improving understanding and care for everyone affected by menopause. Learn more at menopausesupport.co.uk.
