About this event
Michael Rose has been an independent reward strategy consultant since starting Rewards Consulting in 2009. He has also been a consultant with KPMG and Arthur Andersen where he worked with a large range of clients around the world. His corporate roles have been in financial services, most recently as Director of Reward for Aon, EMEA covering 16,000 people.
Michael is often quoted in the press commenting on reward issues and has appeared on radio and television. He speaks at conferences in the UK and around the world. Michael has published over 25 articles and written three books. His first book, Recognising Performance, was published by the CIPD in 2001. His second book, A Guide to Non-Cash Reward, was published by Kogan Page in 2011. Reward Management, was first published by Kogan Page in April 2014; the third edition is out May 2022.
Taking a strategic but grounded approach Michael will discuss how any organisation can maximise the impact and value of reward and recognition.
