Speaker Highlight: An Audience with Ben Branson

We are delighted to announce that Ben Branson, pioneering founder of Seedlip and advocate for neurodiversity, will join us for an Audience with… session alongside Alya Lilani, DEI consultant and Drinks United Advisory Council member.

Ben transformed the global drinks landscape by creating the world’s first distilled non-alcoholic spirit, redefining how the industry approaches choice, inclusion, and socialising. Today, through ventures like Pollen Projects and his neurodiversity platform The Hidden 20%, he continues to challenge conventions and champion inclusive leadership.

Their conversation will explore inclusive leadership & the future of the industry; bringing together insights from entrepreneurship, innovation, and lived experience to inspire action across our sector.

Ticket Model

This summit is designed for leaders who want to drive change from the top while also empowering those delivering that change on the ground. That’s why each ticket includes entry for two attendees: a senior decision-maker (e.g. CEO, MD, GM) and a colleague involved in implementing inclusive workplace practices, such as a DEI lead, HR manager, ERG lead, or champion. This format helps align strategic vision and practical action and lay the groundwork for sustainable impact across the sector.

Frequently asked questions

Who should attend?

We encourage every organisation to register two attendees: a senior leader (e.g. MD, CEO, GM) and a second representative involved in DEI, HR, culture, or operations.

Why is the ticket for two people?

DEI is most effective when strategy and delivery are aligned. Our "2-for-1" model reflects our belief in shared responsibility between leadership and champions.

What does the ticket fee support?

The £100 ticket fee covers event costs and directly supports Drinks United’s work developing safeguarding resources, coordinating an industry survey, maintaining an open-access DEI hub, and partnering on future programmes that benefit the industry.

Can I contribute more to support the mission?

Yes. You can add a donation at checkout to support our broader work. Every contribution helps us reach more businesses with the tools they need to drive change.

Is the event accessible?

Yes. Diageo HQ is fully accessible and dietary requirements will be accommodated. Please note any additional needs at registration.

How do I get to Diageo HQ?

Diageo 1HQ is located at 16 Great Marlborough Street, London W1F 7HS. The nearest Tube stations are Oxford Circus (5 mins walk) and Tottenham Court Road (8 mins).

Can I register for just one ticket?
