In our recent Walk Leader Conversations on planning your walk, a few questions keep coming up…What if someone shows up wearing the wrong shoes? What if there’s a disagreement in the group – or an issue with the pace? Or if someone decides to leave the walk? Sometimes as a walk leader, you may need to handle a tricky situation, to make sure that the walk is safe, enjoyable, and inclusive for everyone.

Join this Walk Leader Conversation to talk through different scenarios and share advice and top tips with other walk leaders from across the country.

There will be plenty of time to ask questions and share ideas together. The session is open to volunteers who lead walks for Ramblers groups or Ramblers Wellbeing Walks.

This session will be very interactive – please come ready to share your thoughts and ideas with other walk leaders on the call!
