Rapid Induction training course is a two day essential course for new carers entering the sector. Designed to equip your staff with essential skills, this program helps new recruits to integrate into their new role. Rapid Induction consists of the Care Certificate Standards with a focus on:

Assisting and Moving People
Basic Life Support
Fire Safety
Food Safety
Health and Safety Awareness
Infection Control
Safeguarding (including a case study about isolation)
Safe medication administration

These focused sessions are between one and two hours depending on the subject.

The non-focus subjects are delivered in a holistic manner on the morning of day one, with a trainer-led 3 hour delivery via Zoom.
