AIPPI is delighted to welcome back our panel of speakers from the first Lyrica event, this time to discuss the appeal decision in the high profile second medical use patent litigation between Warner-Lambert and Actavis. Claire Baldock (Boult Wade Tennant), Stuart Baran (Three New Square) and Brian Cordery (Bristows) will discuss the decision, dealing with the 3 main aspects of validity, abuse of process and infringement, and providing their own perspectives on the case as patent attorney, barrister and solicitor.
