About this event

Students of RAMH North Ayrshire Wellbeing & Recovery College and guests are sharing their original poems and songs as part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts & Film Festival. Finding your voice is a key focus within the Recovery College. Students have worked with a singer songwriter, a performance poet and a Drama Facilitator to express their feelings, process trauma and build on creativity. Three songs will be launched along with the music videos telling the stories behind the songs. Come and be inspired by poetry, songs, film and performance.
