About this event

Event lasts 4 hours

On this day you will be reminded about A-E assessment and management of the deteriorating patient.

Then, you will be asked to put this knowledge into practice on different scenarios in our fantastic Sim Ward with scenarios ranging from sepsis to anaphylaxis shock, where you can put your skills and A-E knoweldge to the test in a safe environment.

Frequently asked questions

I am not on placement at UHD, can I attend?

Unfortunately, these sessions are provided for UHD students on placement due to a number of reasons. Therefore, if you are NOT a UHD student you may not attend, speak to your placement provider and see what training they offer.

The session is sold out, how do I get a ticket?

If the event is sold out, then we recommend you speak to the person facilitating the training and ask if there are spaces as people who have booked may not have attended. They may not be able to accommodate, but it is worth asking!
