Is there preferred accommodation I can book?

Guardswell Farm is located 13 miles South from the City of Dundee and 13 miles North from the City of Perth. If you are looking for accommodation, both cities have a variety of hotels, guest houses and B&B's.

Can I register and buy a ticket at the event?

All tickets must be purchased through Eventbrite

What parking arrangements are available at the venue?

On the day of the event, there will be parking stewards directing vehicles

Where do I go to check in?

The check in desk shall be located to the left of the main venue entrance

Where are the keynote speakers and panel session taking place?

All keynote speakers and panel sessions will take place in the same building

Where is the closest train station to the event?

The closest train stations are located in the City of Dundee and the City of Perth. There are no bus routes to the venue, however, the venue is a 13 mile taxi ride from both cities

When does registration for the event open?

Accepted Answer

Ticket holders will be able to enter the venue and register from 8.30am. The welcome breakfast will be served from 9.00am until 9.30am

Will there be food and freshments?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A welcome breakfast will be served from 9.00am until 9.30am. There will be a mid-morning refreshment break and a lunch with three different menu choices will be served
