RCN London: Skills for NMC Revalidation Reflective writing and Effective Fe...
Fri 24 March 2017, 13:00 – 15:00 GMT
Revalidation is the process whereby registrants provide the evidence to support their inclusion on the NMC register.
Two aspects of the revalidation process are reflection and feedback. The NMC have set out that the registrant is required to provide five pieces of practice-related feedback, to write five reflective accounts and to have a reflective discussion with another registrant.
Getting started with your reflective writing can be a challenge and this workshop will support you in writing reflections and will help you get ready for your reflective discussion. In addition the experiential nature of this workshop with provide an opportunity to practice giving feedback in the moment.
We expect participants to be conversant with the process of revalidation and to be willing to participate in the session so that they benefit fully from the interactive nature of the workshop.
Numbers are limited for this session so please don’t book unless you are able to attend.
