Event description

Description

Connectivity between members of our profession is becoming increasingly fragmented, yet we know that when we come together, there is potential for great change! We would love to strengthen these networks to include a community of Hub advocates from across the North West region (see the post and flyer recently shared on Basecamp – 'NW Hub Advocates').

This RCSLT North West Hub event is open to anyone (SLT, SLTA, Student) who is a social connector who loves to innovate, and who is open to becoming part of our developing network.

Importantly, it will help us to think about the advocate role, and how this role could develop you personally, and enrich your professional life.

Members of the team at Sea Salt Learning (www.seasaltlearning.com @seasaltlearning) will join us, to share their insights about:

- Conditions for community, social leadership and using technology to connect

- If you want to know more in advance, follow this link: https://julianstodd.wordpress.com/2017/06/21/conditions-for-community/

Approach with an open mind, ready to think differently!
