The early bird tickets are limited in number and the sale will close once they are sold out.

Can I purchase my ticket by sending an email to the RCUK ReSPECT team?

No, tickets can only be purchased via Eventbrite by selecting the card or by invoice option. Tickets purchased via invoice require a valid purchase order to be submitted by 16 August 2024.

If the ticket is purchased by invoice option, a valid purchase order should be submitted to finance@resus.org.uk by 16 August 2024.

Who should I contact to request a refund before the cancellation deadline?

Please email finance@resus.org.uk or info@respectprocess.org.uk to transfer your ticket or request a refund. All financial arrangements for this transfer are the responsibility of the attendee named on the original ticket.

What is the cancellation policy?

Tickets cancelled before 23 August 2024 will be fully refunded. After this date we are unable to provide a refund, however, you may transfer the ticket to another attendee.

Where can I park my car?

There are 2 accessible spaces on JJ Thomson Avenue for those with mobility needs.
Otherwise, we recommend Madingley Road Park & Ride which is a 10/15-minute walk from the West Hub and offers all day free parking.

There are no available charging points on site, but there are some at the Madingley Road Park & Ride.
