Salisbury Regional Question Time: September

The RCVS team will be heading to Salisbury on Thursday, 4 September.

What is Question Time?

Question Time is your chance to catch up with colleagues and talk directly to the RCVS about the issues affecting the veterinary team in an informal and convivial atmosphere.

What is on the agenda?

That is up to you! The evening will be shaped by your questions, but potential topics may include:

• Workforce modelling and survey of the professions data
• Benefits of a new Veterinary Surgeons Act
• Extra-Mural Studies
• Legislative and governance reform
• Impact of VetGDP- is it helping bridge the gap?
• Practice Standards Scheme – benefits to practice and improvement areas?
• CMA

Agenda (approximate timings)

• 6:30pm - Registration and supper
• 7:30pm - Evening programme commences
• 10:00pm - Evening programme concludes

This will be followed by an update on our activities and a Q&A with key figures from the College.

Who can attend?

Please feel free to bring along any colleagues - veterinary surgeons, nurses or practice managers - who might find the evening of interest. Please make sure you include their details at the time of registering.
