About this event

A 6 week long transformational group journey for women after experiencing a life altering event such as divorce, illness or loss.

This course is designed to gently guide you from emotional overwhelm to grounded clarity using powerful somatic tools, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), and compassionate support.

Each week, you’ll be held in a safe, supportive space as you release what no longer serves you, reconnect with your inner strength, and begin to confidently shape a future that feels calm, clear, and aligned.

Whether you’re still processing the past or ready to step into what’s next, this is your time to heal, reset, and rise, alongside women who truly get it.

How do I know if this is the right time or group for me to join?

If you’re craving clarity, calm, and the feeling that you’re not alone, this group is for you. The women who join are in a similar stage of rebuilding and reimagining their lives. You’ll receive emotional support, grounding practices, and tools to help you move forward, at your pace, in your way.

I’m not sure I’m ready to talk about everything that’s happened. Do I have to share?

You never have to share more than you feel comfortable with. This is a safe, compassionate space where your boundaries will always be respected. Many women experience deep emotional shifts just by being present and doing the exercises quietly.

I’m feeling overwhelmed, what if I can’t keep up with the course?

This course is intentionally designed to meet you where you are, emotionally and energetically. Each session is recorded, and you’ll have access to gentle, somatic tools that support you rather than pressure you. Whether you join iive or catch up in your own time, you’ll feel supported every step.

What if I can't describe or name my feelings?

That's absolutely fine. After a life altering event we can bury our thoughts and emotions so deeply that often we struggle to distinguish them. I lead you through a process that allows you to name and then eliminate them safely when it feels good for you to do so.
