"Re-energising Wales: A Renewable Energy Delivery Plan for Wales"

Thursday 14th March 2019
0900 - 1600
Radisson Blu hotel, Cardiff

Wales has substantial low carbon renewable energy resources - we can and should be a global leader in the fight against climate change. There is a significant economic opportunity that arises from a transition to renewable energy in Wales.

Over the past 3 years, the Institute of Welsh Affair's Re-energising Wales project has undertaken intensive research into how Wales can work towards meeting its projected energy demands entirely from renewable energy sources by 2035.

Our final practical plan for Wales' renewable energy future will be launched and debated at an event on Thursday 14th March in the Radisson Blu in Cardiff.

This event will provide an opportunity for stakeholders to feedback their thoughts on the essential actions that have been identified by the Re-energising Wales project to maximise Wales' renewable energy sources by 2035.

Project publications to date, as well as further information on the project can be seen on the IWA website.

Tickets for this event are free but limited. To confirm your attendance, please make sure to book your ticket.

This project and event is kindly sponsored by the Hodge Foundation, the Friends Provident Charitable Foundation and the Polden-Puckham Charitable Foundation
