Event Information
About this event
In true Fringe spirit, Re-imagined ClubFest 2020 presents four World Premières and thirty award-winning national and international performers and home grown talent in five free concerts.
Sit back in your free front row seat to enjoy them in your own home at the evening concert and on catch-up. The same link will remain live, so dip back in whenever the fancy takes you.
Just one registration is required to access all the concerts – each evening's concert becomes available @ 18:30 British Summer Time.
Your host David Lyle, musical director of The Edinburgh Gilbert and Sullivan Society, will guide you through an eclectic mix of spoken word, piano recital, chamber and traditional music through violin, song, opera, rap, jazz, gypsy, Scottish harp and so much more. Be immersed in Scotland’s music, transported to Piaf’s Paris and tour Europe and U.S.A. in music and song. Listen to gritty performance poetry and four World Premières. Enjoy favourites from opera to blues and gypsy jazz, journey from The Deep South to the Western Isles against the backdrop of exhibitions by artists Gordon Mitchell R.S.A. and Gwen Adair.
All this became a reality through the generous contributions from Club members and friends to the Support Performing Artists Crowdfunder launched by our Club’s President and sponsorship from Live Music Now.
Re-Imagined ClubFest 2020 is free to enjoy, but please donate if you can so we can continue to support the Arts in Scotland. Donations can be made via Paypal once you've registered and entered the online viewing portal.
