Re-Set-Pause Massage Workshop in Walthamstow (E17)

This two-hour couple massage workshop offers a chance to slow down and share a moment of connection through the power of touch.

You will be guided through a sequence of partner-based massage techniques inspired by Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, incorporating elements of deep tissue massage, assisted yoga-based stretches and breath awareness.

The sequence is floor-based and fully clothed. It is designed to be easily repeated at home and adaptable to all bodies. Oil is optional and provided.

No prior experience is necessary. You’ll both give and receive massage, learning to tune into one another with presence and care.

This workshop is suitable for romantic couples, friends, or family members. Pregnant participants are welcome and adaptations can be made.
