Come join us at Baptist Church, 2 Bridport Rd for a day filled with inspiring talks, interactive workshops, information stalls, and networking opportunities. Whether you work with people in recovery, or in recovery yourself, supporting a loved one, or just interested in learning more about how REACH supports people in recovery, this event is for you!
Discover tools and strategies for someone's journey towards recovery, connect with others who and share experiences, and leave feeling empowered and motivated to support people in recovery. Together, we can show that recovery is possible for everyone.

The conference is for professionals, volunteers, service users, friends and families who work with, support, or are affected by someone who is dealing with problematic substance misuse issues. The conference is offering a range of interactive workshops, showcasing the range of approaches Reach utilises to assist service users on the road of recovery. This will include for example:
- SPOC (single point of contact) and how it works
- Psycho-social interventions (PSI) individual work example
- SMART (self-managed and recovery treatment) Recovery group work example
- Family Support
- Relative Support
- Employment Support
- Volunteers and peer support
- Naloxone training
- Intuitive Thinking Skills programme
- Clarity (LERO = lived experience recovery organisation)
- Young People - Kick Ket campaign
- Creativity workshops
The conference is also an opportunity to network and share good practices. Agencies will have the opportunity to promote their services with an information stall or leaflets. Please arrive rom 9.15am if you want to set up an information stall. Refreshments will be provided. Please bring your own lunch.
