Do I need any equipment or supplies?

We recommend decent-quality walking boots or shoes. It's also sensible to bring weather-appropriate clothing & maybe a windbreaker or raincoat in a small backpack, we do live in England after all! Lastly, a water bottle of some kind. Hydration is really important, even on shorter walks like this

We are starting from The Sands Car Park which has a decent number of spaces, but there is also on-road parking available around the village
