Christine White is the Director of Social and Content Strategy for Ulta Beauty. In her role, Christine is focused on building community and brand affinity across social media, developing creative, best-in-class content marketing programs and driving influencer relations for the organization. Prior to this role, Christine spent nearly six years with NARS Cosmetics as the global head of Digital Communications and Media. Christine has spent most of her career within the beauty and media industries holding various positions with Coty Prestige, Attention and Refinery29.

Diana Lucas, Nielsen

Diana leads partner activities for Nielsen's Media Analytics division which leverages Nielsen’s world class data assets to offer clients creative solutions to complex problems that are not addressed through Nielsen syndicated solutions . Diana joined Nielsen in 2011 and has spent most of her tenure developing strategic client relationships for Nielsen’s digital media business. Prior to NBC Universal, Diana worked in Investment Banking for Banc of America Securities working on mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. and European markets.

Genevieve Ascencio, Golin

Genevieve is a brand strategist with over the course of a 14-year career, who has driven cultural relevance through media and influencer campaigns for of some of the world’s most recognizable brands such as fashion retailers Macy’s and ASOS, footwear giants, Steve Madden and UGG Australia as well as consumer brands such as Mountain Dew, Jet Blue and L'Oreal. She combines a strategic approach with her skill for storytelling across social media and traditional media platforms. Outside of her career, Genevieve is a mom of two, a travel addict and an adjunct instructor at the Fashion Institute of Technology where she teaches the Principles of Public Relations.

Fanatic comedian Nick Stevens, creator of “Fitzy”, is a professional WAAF radio host and voice over artist. He is an expert at finding a fun engaging way to integrate products. Stevens' work as the host of ESPN.com’s Monday Night Mania, covering parties, tailgates, and more are what first got him noticed. As an entertainer, Stevens is known for his hilarious antics and comical live interviews including Padma Lakshmi and Dennis Rodman.

Raveena Parmar, Nike Communications

As Nike Communications AVP of Digital, Raveena oversees the day-to-day management of The Digital Lab team - clients include Moët & Chandon, Grey Goose, Montblanc, Piaget and more. With extensive digital experience, Raveena implements online-focused creative strategies, from influencer-marketing, partnerships, paid amplification, creative direction and more, in order to increase her clients’ digital footprint. Previously, Raveena was the Social Media Director at Goop, Gwyneth Paltrow’s wellness website, and before that spent time working in the world of editorial, writing for Harper’s Bazaar, WSJ. Magazine, The Wall Street Journal and more. As a former lawyer, Raveena holds three degrees, including both a JD and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta, and an AAE from Parsons.
