Many people have heard of and know something about the MBTI as a personality tool. A fewer number are as well versed in the many and varied ways in which it can be used in organisations as a tool for personal, team and even organisational development.
Join us for a session about the insights available to you through working with the MBTI particularly focussing on the areas of stress and resilience. This session will be designed for non practitioners and individuals who may not have yet experienced the MBTI, however everyone is welcome and it will be useful for all. We will include some simple exercises to explore key personality differences and how these help us to understand key stressors and energisers. We will also explore individual resilience to help you to develop strategies for building resilience and resourcefulness.
Take home some key insights for yourself and some great ideas that you can use in the workplace.
