This walk is led by a Barnardo's volunteer, they will meet you outside the entrance to Abbotswood Community Centre, and they will be wearing a bright green lanyard.

If there is no walk leader, a message will be shared on Hampshire Healthy Families Facebook and Instagram pages.

What is Ready Steady Walk?

Ready Steady Walks are free, push-chair friendly, social walking groups for families with children under 5 living in Hampshire run by Hampshire Healthy Families.

Ready Steady Walk is a good excuse to get out into the fresh air and give you the chance to meet local families in your community.

What is Hampshire Healthy Families?

Hampshire Healthy Families is a partnership between Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust Health Visiting and School Nursing Service and Barnardo’s to deliver the Healthy Child programme across Hampshire. We support families with children aged 0 to 5 years old.
