As a guide, we have allocated Time Slots between 12pm-3pm to ensure we help make the most out of your visit to the event. Please register with the time slot most suitable for you. You will still be able to stay as long as you like to gain access to all that is on offer on the day.

The Ready to Grow programme is a training support for businesses based in East Sussex trading for less than 3 years. We provide a mix of one to one mentoring and advice, along with a series of connected workshops in small groups of like-minded local business owners.
The content for the workshops has been developed around the The Business Bicycle Strategy framework.
