About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Join Dartington and partners for a dynamic two-hour webinar exploring how voice-led, community-rooted approaches are driving meaningful systemic change. Drawing on fresh learning from the What Matters to You (WM2U) approach, this session is designed to build shared understanding around key concepts of systems change, highlight practical conditions for success, and spotlight what makes WM2U’s work distinctive. In short, to explore “what it takes” to work in this way across public services.

We’ll explore:

  • Features of effective approaches to systems change and what matters for impact
  • How WM2U centres community voice and agency to drive transformation
  • The rewards and realities of devolving power
  • Insights from commissioners on creating enabling conditions

And we’ll invite creative reflection on moving beyond problem identification to action and lasting change in your own context.

Who should attend?

Anyone interested in shifting power, embedding learning and moving from merely understanding problems to driving meaningful change, including:

  • Service commissioners
  • Policy-makers
  • Local and national leaders
  • Funders
  • Practitioners
