About Mandy Sanghera OBE

Mandy Sanghera OBE is an award-winning philanthropist, global campaigner, and renowned human rights activist with over 30 years of experience advocating for social justice, gender equality, and human rights worldwide.

Often described as a global changemaker, Mandy has worked tirelessly to combat modern slavery, forced marriage, human trafficking, and violence against women and children, influencing policy and safeguarding vulnerable communities. She has advised governments, spoken at the US House of Representatives three times, and is a regular contributor at the World Economic Forum.

Mandy has been instrumental in humanitarian efforts, including evacuating 398 Afghan refugees, supporting refugees from Ukraine, Sudan, Syria, and Iraq, and developing global initiatives for women’s empowerment and inclusion.

As a TEDx speaker and technology ethics advocate, Mandy is also a leading voice at international tech summits such as GITEX, CogX, and Women of Silicon Valley, raising awareness about unconscious bias in AI and inspiring the next generation to drive innovation responsibly.
