About this event
Do you struggle with your weight, blood sugar or high blood pressure?
Do you often feel anxious or low?
Do you suffer with IBS or joint and muscle pains?
What about fatigue and brain-fog?
Do you wish you could get a better night sleep?
Do you feel hungry all the time?
Far too many of us aren't getting enough sleep or the right fuel for our bodies to function properly. It's little wonder we often feel under par and uninspired. Do you want to feel energised again and firing on all cylinders?
In this session we'll look at why the standard western diet and lifestyle make it incredibly challenging for many of us to live a healthy, fulfilled life. We'll discuss how our diet and lifestyle are fundamental to both our physical and our mental health. We'll explore the fascinating interaction between our diet and our sleep and also how these interact with our gut microbiome and our hunger hormones.
We'll cover some simple steps that we can all get started on straight away that can help us to feel better very quickly. This is not a fad diet. It's a common-sense approach that worked for our ancestors for many thousands of years. When people make these simple changes, they often wish they'd done it sooner rather than wasting years with yo-yo dieting and sleeping pills.
