Over the 6 month leadership development programme you will:

* Attend 7 webinars (120 mins)

* Receive 7 1:1 coaching sessions (60 mins)

* Receive 3 group coaching sessions (60 mins)

* Participate in 3 book discussions (60 mins)

* Access to the RLDP virtual coaching tool (6 months)

* C-Me Profile Report

* Receive a reflective journal

* Receive a book bag with key reading (3 books)
