This month's edition of London Women In Blockchain meetup will start with an introduction to blockchain and explore blockchain applications. We will be hosted by Oracle in their stunning London office.

This meetup is appropriate for women at all levels.

The first speakers are Nisha Lad and Michael Harrington from Oracle.

Nisha is a Physics Graduate who studied at University College London. Her course included a one year study abroad at the University of Washington in the US. After working as a software engineering intern at Oracle within the Microservices and Container Development division, she is now a Cloud Development Consultant working with AI & Deep Learning, building intelligent chatbots & engaging with the developer community. Nisha has a passion for learning about the mathematics behind Blockchain and the various different applications for it. Outside of work, Nisha is an avid traveller & enjoys learning about different cultures.

Michael Harrington works at Oracle as a Cloud Development Consultant working to bring innovation to customers using Oracle PaaS solutions. He has passion for all things Blockchain and chatbots having spoken previously to university’s and customers alike.

The second speaker is Janine Lowisz, Cashaa.

Over the past couple of years, Janina has been popular in the industry as Blockchain Girl, worked as blockchain analyst for major companies and co-founded Bitnation. Today she is also a Top 100 Global Blockchain Influencer and blockchain speaker.
