About this Event

Realbread Workshop

This very hands on workshop will show you how to kneed, form & bake delicious bread in your own home. With just flour, water, salt and some yeast you will learn to make focaccia, rolls, epis and other traditional breads.

• suitable for beginners and intermediate

• £85.00 per person

• max 8 participants

• half day, 3 – 3.5 hours

• you will take home lots of lovely bread & recipes

• allergens: wheat gluten

• suitable for vegans

• this course is not suitable for substitutions or alterations as this can fundamentally alter the outcome of the bake

• all ingredients are natural

Your workshop will be a combination of hands on cookery and demonstrations performed by the chef running your session. Light snacks will be provided during the workshop.
