Course Overview

This 3 day workshop takes you behind the scenes of your own emotional and mental wellbeing in order to reveal the key components that determine your happiness, fulfilment and success. You will gain a working understanding of the role your mind plays in how you live your life and subsequently you will find yourself operating at your best more easily.

There is a general presumption that our resilience and wellbeing is something we need to work at, and that some people possess an inner strength and attitude that means they deal with things better. There is a different way to understand how your resilience and wellbeing operates. There are fundamental, resilience and wellbeing attributes that form our innate design as human beings and we all have these, they got you where you are today. They are inbuilt; clarity of mind, presence, connection, creativity, perspective, resourcefulness, optimism and resilience. You cannot lose these, however you can temporarily lose sight of them. You will learn about three simple principles behind the psychological functioning which enables you to recover your mental and emotional well-being quickly and easily.By gaining an appreciation for the fundamental principles that create our feelings and experience you will effortlessly gain sustained access to your natural resilience and mental wellbeing.

Course Structure

We all intuitively know that happiness, wellbeing and resilience are not to be found in the amount of possessions, the job, what weight we are, how much money we have, or by what other people think of us. Over three highly practical, participative and experiential days you will find yourself gently slowing down to the true pace of life and leaving your busy mind behind. As you immerse yourself in the discussions, activities, experiments and reflections you’ll start to understand and realise that you possess everything you need to lead a contented, satisfying and successful life. The course explains why this is the case and knowing this frees you up to access your wellbeing and wisdom with far greater ease.
