As our landscape continues to shift, we see a real need for a resource that is not only meaningful, but actionable—one that helps all of us navigate complex health and social care systems with clarity and confidence. This gathering is our chance to pool our collective intelligence and create something genuinely impactful: an immersive, experiential knowledge base that will strengthen and connect our research, practice, and policy work. This output represents a significant opportunity to bring together the insights, wisdom, and lived experience gathered through the REALITIES project so far, spanning across rich conversations across the field and in policy circles. Our focus will be on connecting diverse datasets to reveal where practitioners, policymakers, and researchers are encountering obstacles.
