Each class will consist of teachings, guided meditation and advice on how we can be mindful of the advice given within the context of our busy daily lives.
Do I have to attend all 4-weeks?
No, each class is self-contained and can be attended on a drop-in basis. However, it is beneficial if possible to attend the entire series of classes.

Developing our Good Heart

“Everybody needs to be good natured with a good heart. Having these is the real method to solve our own inner problems of anger, ignorance, depression and so forth and also the best method to benefit others practically.” – Geshe Kelsang Gyasto
This class will explore how we can improve our present mind of loving kindness until eventually it transforms into the unconditional love of a Buddha.
Bringing out the best in others
Tues 24 / Wed 25
“In the heart of the cruelest and most degenerate person lies the potential for limitless love, compassion and wisdom…” – Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
Normally we relate to others limitations, however as we gradually start to develop the spiritual confidence that comes from relating to our own potential for purity, we can change our way of relating to others and help draw their good qualities to the surface.
