Do you work for a local authority in the South West? Are you interested in improving customer journeys on your website and hearing the latest on the single government domain, GOV.UK?
You need to come to Local Directgov's Really Useful Day in Exeter. It's free, with lunch and refreshments provided and an action-packed agenda:
- Work on developing better customer journeys from GOV.UK to your website
- Learn how GOV.UK identified and prioritised user needs on their site
- Network and share knowledge with peers from other local authorities
GOV.UK links to local authority sites for over 120 services. We’ll be mapping customer journeys for some of the most popular of these in practical workshops.
You’ll also have the chance to hear from speakers from the Government Digital Service (GDS) and local councils who have improved journeys on their websites.
We’re encouraging digital teams to ‘bring a friend’ to this event – someone from your local authority whose input is invaluable to make website improvements. This way, we can ensure the day is not just preaching to the converted!
