About this event
Here at Office for National Statistics we are passionate about the power of our people, and our Strategy highlights our ambition to be inclusive in everything we do. Inclusion is a central pillar in our People Plan, critical to both the workforce and the workplace that we are seeking to create.
We are incredibly proud to be an inclusive employer and take very seriously our commitment to ensuring that all of our employees can bring their whole self to work. As a Disability Confident Employer we want to ensure that anyone applying for a role with ONS, or who is successful in being offered a role with us, feels comfortable in asking for the adjustments, whether that is as an employee, or equally important at the application and assessment stage.
This 1 hour session will give you an overview of the adjustments we can put in place for you during your recruitment journey, and examples of adjustments we have been able to offer for past applicants and current employees. You will have the opportunity to meet members of our Disability Network and recruitment colleagues, and will hear from colleagues across the business, and across all levels of the organisation about the support ONS provides.
This webinar is designed for anyone looking to apply for one of our vacancies as well as any of our employees who want to find out more about what we can do to support you here at the ONS.
