You've been busy and you're craving some stillness.

But whenever you get a minute to yourself, you remember the washing you haven't done, the present you haven't bought & you think how the hell can I just relax?!

Let us take care of you instead.

This is your permission slip.

Because you deserve 3 hours to yourself, to feel lighter, more connected and to just pause.

Whether you are totally new to the world of wellness or a seasoned professional, we have just the space for you.

A gorgeous afternoon of connection, reflection, gentle movement and somatic release breathwork to allow you (literally) to catch a breath.

This is for you if...

You are literally just a girl trying to get through life one day at a time but maybe it's all felt a bit FULL ON over the summer period.

Naturally your body is screaming for you to slow down but giving yourself that permission can be difficult.

Let us take you away for a few dreamy hours so you get to just be.

With yourself. Around your girls or whatever you want it to be.

This is not a Barry's class.

We're not here to push you to your limits, instead we're embracing the slowness.

It is soft movement, a gentle connection and a chance to just float into yourself.

Get yourself comfortable under your blanket, close your eyes, breathe and leave the rest to us.

Which is why we are creating a space for to be with your girls whilst getting exactly what you need from the day.

We understand the beauty of connection.

We care SO much about resting.

We LOVE women coming together.

So it was only right that we joined forces for this event, to give you a dreamy space to just be.

It is the perfect combination of flow, ease and connection.

Clare

A somatic breathwork coach.

Clare helps you come back to yourself using mindset, breathwork, nervous system support

and somatic tools to shift stress, not just manage it.

Dani

A mindset coach for business owners.

Dani is a qualified psychotherapist who embraces authenticity and loves to provide spaces

for women to be exactly who they are.

Laura

A breathwork & wellbeing coach.

Laura incorporates breathwork, nervous system and somatic tools to help you regain control of your health, life and daily wellbeing.

This is all about warmth.

So we just have to start with a warm tea.

Think genuine connection that feels like a hug.

A cozy blanket to snuggle under.A space for you to be fully supported.

"Clare, Dani and Laura held such a beautifully safe space, even though I was late, they made me feel welcome.

From start to finish they guided us through the entire thing with compassion and patience.

They took their time to explain everything, helping us to feel at ease. I felt a sense of belonging, I felt included and despite being cold, I felt warm by their presence.

There was a mixture of modalities which seamlessly blended together beautifully, from movement, journaling and the breath, which all helped to foster a deeper connection to self.

These ladies are incredibly talented at what they do and I would highly recommend them and their events to anyone."

Breathwork, movement & visualisation

You'll be guided through an activating breathwork to open your mind and body, finishing with stillness to show you that slowing down is safe.

Reflection

A chance to reflect on anything that is no longer serving you and give yourself permission to just be exactly as you are.

Frequently asked questions

Im new to wellness is this event suitable for me?

Yes, yes, yes! We have made sure our practices are suitable for anyone new to wellness or a wellness extraordinaire. It will be super easy to follow but so worth while! It will tick all of your boxes and we hope will encourage you to further explore wellness & find what works for you.

Can i come alone? I want to but im scared

Absolutely! This is all about bringing like-minded women together and we are confident you'll feel welcome the moment you arrive. We will also be available to chat to you the whole time!

What is cancellation policy

You can cancel anytime prior to 20th September. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the event, you will not be issued with a refund, however you can redeem the cost of the ticket towards one of the facilitator's offerings (including breathwork sessions, memberships or personal coaching)

What is the time commitment?

It is a three hour event however we would ask you arrive 5-10 minutes before the start time so that we can begin promptly, we have lots of amazing things to fit into the time. It will go quickly!

What is somatic breathwork?

It is a somatic release using the breath. Our bodies tell a story, they remember everything that has happened, even when the brain doesn't. Through this breathwork, we connect with our bodies innate wisdom and with the power of breath, sound, movement and touch, we release, feel and heal whatever ou
