Overview
Rebirthing Breathwork & Gong and Sound Journey in St Leonards on Sea (2 hours)
Come join us at The Humble Hub for a transformative experience! Dive deep into your breath with Rebirthing Breathwork and let the powerful vibrations of the Gong and Sound Journey guide you on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation. This in-person event is a unique opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a supportive environment. Don't miss out on this rejuvenating experience!
I’m excited to be teaming up with Sophia Magdalena, ( https://www.sophia-magdalena.com/ ) a breathwork facilitator whose work is highly regarded worldwide. Sophia will guide the rebirthing breathwork journey, bringing her deep experience and presence to create a safe, transformative space for all. The gong and sound bath element will be facilitated by me, Odette, weaving together gongs, Tibetan singing bowls, shamanic drumming, rattles, the soulful Native American flute, and nature-inspired sounds.
In this extended 2 hour session, we will also explore a powerful practice in pairs: Radical Inquiry, a process of transmuting misbeliefs through embodied truth. This is a deeply transformative practice, offering space for release, clarity, and the embodiment of new ways of being.
Together, breath, sound, and inquiry will support emotional release, nervous system regulation, deep presence, and profound inner alignment.
This is a somatic journey, a return to the wisdom of the body, the breath, and the earth.
