Event description
Join Angelika Grohmann for a short yoga and meditation session every Wednesday morning

About this event

Our Associate Artist Angelika Grohmann will be offering short yoga and meditation sessions on Wednesday mornings from 9am - 9:30am.

In these classes, you will be asked to actively participate, which would ideally include switching on your camera.

The classes are free to attend but registration is essential. If you are currently in paid employment and feel that you could afford to, please consider making a donation. All donations will go towards paying freelance creatives, artists and educators to work with us.

About Reboot

These events are part of Clod Ensemble's artist development programme, Reboot, which connects and cross-pollinates creatives across disciplines - from the worlds of music, theatre, visual art, architecture and healthcare. We have been providing free professional development opportunities to artists for many years. During the pandemic, Reboot has gone on line to provide additional support to artists through these challenging corona times. We aim to nurture a highly skilled, diverse creative workforce and a strong, vibrant arts sector.

Organiser Clod Ensemble

Organiser of Reboot: Midweek Yoga and Meditation with Angelika Grohmann

For over two decades, director Suzy Willson and composer Paul Clark have developed a highly original performance language, creating provocative, finely crafted work, ambitious in scale and concept.

Clod Ensemble works at the intersection of different forms and disciplines – at the point where they meet, transform and challenge each other to become something new.

We work with dancers, actors, musicians, medics, architects and orchestras.

Our work is presented in London, across the UK and internationally in theatres, dance houses, galleries and public spaces including Sadler’s Wells, Tate Modern, The Lowry Salford, Wales Millennium Centre, Serralves Museum Porto and Public Theater New York.
